• Acceptable animals. The only pets acceptable at this property are dogs and cats. You may not keep any other pet or animal (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents and insects), even temporarily, in or about the Apartment or the Community unless approved in writing by us, which approval may be withheld in our absolute discretion. 
• Number of pets. Maximum of (2) two dogs, (1) one dog and (1) one cat, or (2) two cats are allowed per apartment.
• Pet weight.  No pet can weigh more than 75 pounds at adult maximum growth.
• Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Sharpeis, Staffordshire Terriers, or Wolf Hybrids or any combination of these breeds.
• Spayed/Neutered. Prior to approval, you must provide proof that pet has been spayed or neutered.
• Licenses & Vaccinations. You agree to keep all pets currently licensed and tagged with all inoculations required by any government authority.  Copy to be provided to leasing office.
• Leashes. Any pet approved by us must be kept inside the Apartment at all times except when on a leash and accompanied by you and under your control. This applies to cats as well as dogs. The pet is not permitted to roam the property unattended. Dogs may, however, be let off leash while inside the dog park, provided all rules of the dog park are followed.
• Other rules as set forth in the Lease Contract apply.
